In 1994, Tad Dekko founded The Quest Educational Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit. Its purpose was two-fold:

First, produce a forum that would draw the finest speakers to Naples. The result-The Quest Speaker Series.

Second, ensure monies raised from this non-profit series would be used to benefit the community he felt has given him so much.

Taking it one step further, Tad Dekko, called upon The Dekko Foundation, in Kendallville, Indiana, to match, dollar-for-dollar, net proceeds raised from the speaker series for the first six years!

Today, the Quest Speaker Series continues to bring world-class speakers to Naples. Net proceeds continue to benefit the community by providing the resources necessary to "foster freedom through education".

Funding 4-year tuition college scholarships for Collier County students participating in Quest For Kids.

Funding, in partnership with Hodges University, the opportunity for parents participating in Quest For Parents to attend college.

Funding the expansion of educational resources necessary to provide individualized guidance to ANY ambitious Collier County student who desires to get to and through college via Quest's College Admissions Program.
